Your full name and order number
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
Proof of delivery confirmation
Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Claims submitted without proper documentation may not be approved.
